Tripoint Technical Services LLC was organized and formed by industry veterans who saw a continuing (some might say “growing”) need in the Calibration Services industry to give the word SERVICE real meaning in our industry. Too often, large multi-national Calibration providers are more interested in their process rather than in their performance for their customer.
Our mission is to provide excellent SERVICE to our customers.
In all phases of the business….technical questions, pricing proposals, scheduling of work, calibration certificates, invoicing…..every step that we share with our customers.
This is not a gimmicky statement. Rather, this is the fundamental core principle upon which we build our business. It’s pretty simple really – without satisfied customers who desire to work with us, we have a bunch of expensive and pretty equipment – and nothing much to do with it! We have learned, through our years of working in this industry, that it is our customers who actually “sign our paychecks”.
In business, as in life, integrity counts. When we say that we aren’t satisfied until YOU are satisfied, it IS that simple. Our business model requires us to spend whatever time it takes to understand YOUR needs and YOUR definition of success, no matter the size or scope — and then we ensure that your requirements have been met. The result: our satisfied clients tend to remain long term satisfied clients.
I guess that you could say that we only accept “win/win” relationships with our customers. And if we are accused of “pandering too much to our customers” by our competitors, okay, we accept that, too!
